Fantastic ramen in a small, low-key restaurant with minimal crowds. We started at Ippudo nearby, but it was ridiculously crowded with a long wait. We found Misoya and we were so glad we did. The service was excellent, and the food was perfect. The seaweed salad was very tasty, and the ramens were expertly prepared and very satisfying on a cold night. Try the mame if you want a more distinctive flavor. Highly recommended.

I usually go to this please when I am in low budget mode. Price and portion are good. U get shrimp tempura and chashu tgt! Karaage is nice. This location is cheaper than west village location fyi???? . Only the Mame miso one comes with fried shrimp, unless u add it. Mame miso has a stronger flavor and a bit bitter aftertaste. If u like ur miso sweet, order the shiro miso one but it comes with fried tofu instead of the fried shrimp????????????.

I found my favorite ramen place. Casual atmosphere, the service was great. And the ramen was awesome. I don’t normally order miso ramen but I became a big fan. Many menu choices. Highly recommended. I wish they would open the shop in Seattle.

The best ramen I have ever tasted. The combination of flavor with the Miso Curry Chicken Katsu Ramen was phenomenal. Left nothing to waste.

Came for an early Friday dinner and didn't need to wait in line! Something I really appreciate in NYC. Many options here!!! The noodle I got was delicious. Not too spicy and flavorful. My friends did say, the portion size wasn't big enough for them bc the only protein source in their orders was the minced pork. So if you do eat a lot, may need to add extra side. Overall, I think it's good! But won't say it was the best ramen I have ever had. still is a spot that I want to come back to.

My husband and I decided to have a nice hefty bowl of Ramen before taking on the city during St. Patrick's Day. We've never been to this location before! The restaurant has a few tables outside and the inside is cute, stylish, and quaint. A perfect local New York City ramen shop. There are interesting decorations, and fun facts on the wall that explain the beauty and the benefits of Miso. I thought that was so interesting. Besides the decor, when you walk in, you are instantly hit with the delicious smells. The aroma in the air is so comforting. We were greeted instantly by a friendly face. She asked us to sit anywhere we'd like. The menu has many options, but not too many which I think is perfect. What really caught my eye was the different style ramen based on locations in Japan! I had the Nagoya style and my husband has the Hokkaido style. The flavor was so rich with just the right amount of miso, salt, and spices. The pork and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. This soup was a serious flavor bomb. We also ordered. Karaage as an appetizer. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. We are definitely going to make this our regular spot. If you are looking for a delicious Ramen shop, whether you are a local or visiting, I definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

Decided to try here on a whim one Friday evening and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is relatively small with decent seating as soon as you walk in. I ordered the Vegetarian Kimchi Ramen, and a Sapporo. The meal came out in under fifteen minutes, definitely not a long wait at all. The ramen was delicious, and had a very rich broth. The portion was huge too. I will definitely be back!
